2011-12 Co-Chairs
Nadja Dill - Co-chair, Employer Relations
Born and raised in Germany,
Nadja studied International Management in a German-Spanish
double-degree-program at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Spain and the
European School of Business, Germany. She interned in Spain, the U.S.,
Singapore and Mexico. Prior to Booth, Nadja worked for five years with
Lufthansa German Airlines in different general management and strategy
functions in Japan, the U.S., Kazakhstan and Frankfurt. Most recently, Nadja
managed the post-merger integration of British Midland Airways into the
Lufthansa group. This summer she will be interning in management consulting
with A.T.Kearney in Chicago. Outside school, she loves languages, traveling,
cooking, and running along Lake Michigan.
Ercin Eksin - Co-chair, Events
Ercin is from Turkey, and
prior to Booth, he worked for a global car manufacturer. After internships in
Japan, Finland, and Turkey, Ercin spent five years in Belgium as a software
architect and as the lead engineer for developing a European hybrid system. Ercin
received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical
University, Turkey, and he enjoys skiing, windsurfing, soccer, car racing, and
traveling in his free time.
Seth Elgin - Co-chair, Treasurer
Seth was born and raised in
the U.S. and has spent time in both the entertainment and consumer packaged
goods industries. Most recently, he worked in finance for The Hershey Company’s
international division, covering primarily new product innovation for
businesses in Latin America, Asia, Middle East, and Europe. Seth’s hobbies
include investing and reading, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Zori,
traveling and exploring new business ideas.
Lucas Lagos - Co-chair, Career Development
Originally from Latin
America with European roots, Lucas is an enthusiast traveler and enjoys
spending time with his friends in Europe and listening and playing Brit music.
With a background in finance and Private Equity and having worked with
investors from Europe, Lucas is responsible for career-related activities of
EBG. He will organize the 2011 Eurotrek as well as member career coaching, and he
will work to develop relationships with firms to help EBG members who seek
internships or job opportunities in Europe.
Kirill Osipenko - Co-chair, Events
Kirill is from Russia. He
received his specialist degree in Computational Mathematics & Cybernetics
at the Moscow State University, where he later entered a graduate program and
worked on research in the field of Optimal Stopping theory. Kirill’s career
path has included working as a marketing manager at a telecommunication firm, a
major Hollywood studio, and lately a global management consulting firm, which
prompted him to pursue an MBA degree. A self-taught DJ, Kirill truly enjoys
organizing EBG events and, as Booth’s slogan goes “Challenge Everything,” his
next biggest challenge is to spin at one of the Chicago’s prominent nightclubs.
Andreas Stocker - Co-chair, Coordination & Communication
Originally from Germany, Andreas studied International Business and Intercultural Studies in the picturesque Bavarian city, Passau, and in the remote Siberian city, Irkutsk. Before coming to Booth, he worked for several years in a global management consulting firm in Munich and Moscow, focusing on restructuring and turnaround management. Outside of school Andreas enjoys sports, playing chess, and skiing. As true Bavarian, he loves Oktoberfest, soccer, and BMW.
